From Resa & Holly – House of Heart. It all began with a post displaying some of Frida’s clothing. Gigi dedicated that post to me. Click on the pic below, and visit Frida’s costumes. 🌹Dahlings, welcome to “A Tangle of Scribbles”! Rene Rosso here presenting Art Gowns’ third Tangle Tribute to Tim from Off Center Not Even, for his gift of pencils & other art supplies for One-Eye.
I now hand over the mike to our Art Director Rebecca Budd. Rebecca has single-handedly brought back the fad of Palazzo Pants, aka, “the gown of trousers”.
Good evening! During the great pencil drought of 2021, One-Eye had no other course but to do a line of Art Gowns scribbled in black, blue and red ballpoint pen. It’s an exciting collection, so let’s check out the catwalk.
AGM Marina had the first fitting. Being the artistic type, she chose this wild “Why do I have to draw ballpoint scribble gowns?” venting style.
Although AGM Shey lost weight from all the DracGoth 3 am visits , it was good news during fittings. She was the…

I’m breathless, so much is happening with the AGM’S! They are absolutely gorgeous in their Picasso-esque, Resa has created masterpieces to adorn these gorgeous gals! Imagine my horror to witness the metamorphosis of our darling Shey (secretly, I always felt she had a bit of goth girl going on). Even so she is beautiful but we can’t leave her in the dark. Hang on dear Shey One Eye is working on your extrication in time for the Manchester blow out! I nearly died when RR arrived in her Van Gogh-esque but adored the version of Argentina.
Dearest Resa , this is such a stunning creation. I adore it dahling!
“Dahlings! Welcome to An Evening with Picasso-esque“.
“Rene Rosso here, and I’m thrilled to announce that this Art Gowns show is being broadcast across the globe. So, without further ado, let me hand the mike over to our esteemed Art Director, Rebecca Budd.”
“Welcome, welcome! Tonight, we are on fascinating journey through the esque-art of Picasso. So, let’s not waste anytime, and bring on the Art Gowns Models!”
“First out on the catwalk is Gigi. Gigi and her gown sure know how to make a point!”
“Next out is AGM Shey. Shey showers us with a fun kooky rendition of romance.”
“Marina is a show stopper in this cubist creation.”
“Our darling Dale takes on a dozen dimensions in this daring design.”
“Holly is a dream in this flowing full length frock with matching hair.”
Tired of her Picasso-esque gown, Ms. Rosso did an unexpected costume change into a

Our favorite designer/fashionista Resa from Art Gowns has an amazing history in the film industry (as many of us know). She is taking us on a magic carpet ride through her experience in the making of the Showtime film documenting the life of the legendary Jimi Hendrix.
Boogapony Holly will be hosting the awesome trip. Please notice how gracefully she moves among the scenes effortlessly alternating from one gorgeous Resa Model Gown to another. BPH couldn’t have done it without the help of Resa (She’s awesome).
Just between us you may on occasion find Resa wearing the shirts from this movie as she actually owns them now. That’s to die for!
Hurry over, you don’t want to miss Resa’s Jimi Hendrix Experience and her gorgeous gowns at https://artgowns.com/2020/07/02/hangin-with-boogapony-jimi/.

Soaring above the rooftops of Paris PBH has gathered all the strength instilled by Resa’s awesome intuitive gift of creativity and with the enlisted talents of Tangle Heart (Tim Price) and Hyperion (Dragon Master) she challenges the enemy ( the snake/virus) Saving the models ( Dale, Shehanne, Gigi, and Marina, and of course RR ( such a diva) from abstract captivity which is essential to the finale of Paris Adventures so we must prevail.
Comments closed here, please see the original for further entertainment and of course Rene Rosso performing her latest torch song. Thank you Resa 🧡 Love and Hugs.
In the last episode, Princess Blue Holly was waiting out the night by a Gargoyle on Notre Dame Cathedral.
When dawn began to break, she looked into her Tangle-Heart. It was oddly far away, on a distorted path. She could hear Rene Rosso’s faint voice. “Beware Evilomlap Etagloc! He has captured the Art Gowns models.”
“FYI – I had to let him think that he has captured me, as well, or he would discover our secret. Follow our Tangle-Heart, over the rooftops of Paris, to his lair!”
Hisssss….. cough ….. cough ….. Hisssss… Ah, Princess Blue Holly, I knew you’d show your face sooner than later!
I left Ms. Rosso, as she was on stage. The rest, I’ve…

I barely remember a thing, MerSin, that darling, so eager and willing to help PBH, I had to let him off the hook and I think he is totally rehabilitated now. Were it not for Hyperion and Tim Price and his beautiful trees this could have had a disastrous outcome. Resa has guided us through all of this turmoil with her gift of art and imagination and amazing energy. SinMonto is still trying to destroy the world but we will be back thanks to the magic of Resa. Please visit the original for the thrilling finale and Rene Rosso’s torch song.
Thank you darling Resa, you are beyond talented, generous, beautiful and I adore you!
Suddenly, just below where the gulf waters met the sky, MerSin confronted her. Not shying away, Princess Blue Holly demanded he set the Art Gowns Mermaids free, and return them to their normal Art Gowns Models selves.
MerSin, under complete control of SinMonto, laughed wickedly. Louder and louder his laughter roared like a fire from hell, as he transformed into a dragon. His evil SinMonto mission; destroy Princess Blue Holly!
There was no need for words. Hyperion appeared in a roiling fountain of steam and transformed Princess Blue Holly, with a roar like thunder. MerSin fell back in fear. Princess Blue Holly and her gown were now the form of a smaller, yet…

Well then you know it comes out an Art Gown, and that Art Gown is dedicated to;

Admittedly, being a rank amateur in working with bias, I was cursed with many problems. Nonetheless, it’s a challenge I’ve wanted to tackle for a long time.
Designers, like Chanel and Vionnet, championed the anti-corset generation. Finally, women could feel more comfortable in their clothes.
At a liquidation sale, I found an 18″ wide bordeur lace for $0.50/yard.
Thinking like a cat, I decided to shred the lace.
Using scissors for claws, I deconstructed the…
